RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase from Kiki & Elle. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. Returns made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Please Note: All bodysuits and accessories are FINAL SALE.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with TAGS ATTACHED. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, pet hair, smoke, or other signs of wear will not be accepted.

All store credits and gift cards expire one year from the date of issuance.

For online returns made for store credit, a $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the return label.
